2 issues - different times on results using app on phone to Garmin watch/head unit AND cant upload result from Garmin

I use Maprun for MBO which I do with my partner as a pair. He uses the maprun app on his phone whilst I use MaprunG on my Garmin watch and headunit. I have been uploading watch and head unit to garmin connect which then syncs with Strava. I then upload a result to maprun from Strava. However this is causing issues for event organisers as my time is one hour later than his. Organisers who to collate results have to do some data crunching so our tracks match. Mine appears to be the one which is not in line with GMT.
Any solution to this?

I have instead tried.....
To "upload a result from Garmin" cutting out Strava.
I am getting a message saying "Exception: No activities found for this garmin user. Check that your watch has Sync'd".
My watch and head unit have both sync'd, the trail is showing twice in Garmin Connect.

I have checked posts on the forum and followed all suggestions to no avail. Any advice other than what I have done below:
Logged out of garmin on Maprun app and logged back in.
Checked settings in Garmin connect and MaprunG is a linked app. it is set to share data on activities with MaprunG.
I have deleted everything and set them up again
MaprunG is latest versions on watch and head unit.
Maprun is latest version on phone.
I have then sent a new event to my head unit and it has arrived. I've then tried to send a result from head unit to Maprun via garmin connect same error message - the data just doesnt seem to be going in the opposite direction.

I've asked around other competitors and others are having the same issue but it isnt a problem for organisers as they are not riding as a pair and having the time discrepancy.

Sorry to hear of the issues.

Is this a repeat of the issues you reported in Oct last year?

To help solve this could you please email support@maprun.net with some more details please.

Please include more details of:
- the event and the name of your husband (with whom you are seeing a 1hour difference)
- the head unit you are using
- a track from that device
On the MapRunG side:
- In MapRun on your phone - log out of Garmin and log back in, making sure that you:
1. Use the same Garmin account as you are using on Garmin Connect
2. Agree to the permissions being requested.
