Admin Console Conundrum

A competitor has had a successful run and their result is appearing in the Routegadget results, MapRun results and also within the Results Event within the admin console.

However, they are not appearing in the Individual Results Functions - where edits can be made.

They initially uploaded a null result which I deleted via Individual Results Functions. They also uploaded a Rev result - 'name(Rev30)'.

I cannot access and edit the 'name(Rev30)' result, to remove the (Rev30), as it does not appear within Individual Results Functions. I've tried refreshing results.

This wouldn't normally be an issue but the result counts towards a series and tidying up names and removing (Rev30) helps.

Any ideas on how to resolve this??
