Error message when trying to show results

Latest run, everything worked fine using Maprun G until showing results on phone.  When I try to [Get Track from Garmin], I get this error message:

ProcessException: OS error message was a not a utf8 string.
Command: /bin/sh -c grep -l 86093166-530d-4633-a1b0-5e2a2c68939a GarminAFping*.json

I think I've got that typed in accurately (including the poor English on line 1)!

Any help please?
