Help needed please - Apple Ultra 2 watch

has anyone managed to get maprun working on an Ultra 2?

iPhone 11 and the watch are both on latest releases of o/s and the maprun software. When I press 'go to start' on the watch app, when i get to the start the watch beeps then immediately displays two error messages saying that: "Error: begin collection on immediate start Error: unable to begin a workout that has already started"

For anyone else reading this thread and wondering about MapRunA on Ultra 2 watches....

MapRunA works fine on Apple Watch Ultra 2.

If you see an error message when you approach the Start on ANY MODEL of Apple watch, it is likely that you have not given MapRunA the permissions it needs to access your Health Data. MapRunA starts a "WorkOut" to record your track, and so needs access to the Health Data recorded by the Apple Watch.

If you see an error message at Start, it is recommended that you delete MapRunA from your watch and do a fresh install. Then be careful to give MapRunA permissions (On a small screen it may not be obvious that you need to scroll to the bottom):
- For location allow "While Using" the App,
- AND when you go to start for the first time, there are two pages of permissions for Health Data: Switch on "All Requested Data Below" and scroll to the bottom and press "Next";  and on the second page also switch on "All Requested Data Below" and scroll to the bottom and press "Done".

We will see if we can improve the error message in a future version.
