Hide pts accrcy

Apologies if this is in the documentation somewhere but I have searched all over and haven't been able to find it. What does the device setting 'Hide pts accrcy worse than (m)' do?

Near the bottom of the page (I'm not implying you should have found it!!):

"MapRun will not punch a control if the GPS reports it accuracy be worse than a set threshold (currently 50m)"

So basically if the phone has a really weak GPS signal so reported accuracy is worse than 50m then no punching.
