How to contact a Maprunner?

I would like to contact one of the people that has been running some of our courses. When we enter the initial details on the phone app one of the requirements is an email address. As administrator of our courses is it possible to email an app user via that email address?

If you just want to see the email address of a particular runner, as an Admin, you can open one of their results to see their details (in an event that you have permissions to). In the Admin Console, use Results - Individual > select an event > select the runner > open their result (csv file).

If you would like to contact multiple runners, you could use the mail-merge export which creates a file for MailChimp ... or you can just open the file as a ".csv" file to copy any email addresses you need.

Or similarly, you could export the combined result file for the event using: Results - Export > Export Events Results (.csv). This file also contains the runners details.
