MapRun not getting my track from Garmin Fenix7

Each time I have used MapRun in the last three months I have been unable to get the “track”from Garmin. It used to work but doesn’t seem to now. I get the option to use “previous track” but when I select I still get the message no track for user.

Hi,

In the MapRun App, log out of Garmin, and then log back in. (in Options & Settings)

Make sure you log in with the same Garmin account as you are using in Garmin Connect for your watch.
