MapRunA - Results do not upload

I've used MapRunA for a couple of different CheckSite courses, only to find that the results will not upload to MapRun on my iPhone.  I am able to successfully send the event to my watch and my watch properly indicates arrival at controls, and properly tabulates results:  showing the time, number of punches, and track points.  And after taping "Upload" the watch says "Result Uploaded".  But when I tap "Show Results>Get Track from Apple Watch" on my iphone the result is "No Tracks for User".  I then tap "Use this track" and I get an error reading "Event Mismatch  The selected event against which the results will be saved is LeikishTest0810, whereas the track from Apple relates to the event: null.  Either change the event selected, or the track fetched from Garmin so they match."  When I then tap on "Use this Anyway", I am shown a Results screen showing the course with magenta controls, with none reached and no track.  The name of the event shown is correct, but Time is 0:00 and Result is "Did not start".

But while doing the event I recorded using Strava on my phone.  When I tap "Create Result from Strava Track" (and go though the sign in process with Strava) it properly shows the MapRun result with a track and controls reached in green, and the time each control was reached.

What can I do to show the results directly from my Apple Watch?  Does it have to do with the way the event is named?  The CheckSite name was LeikishTest0810 PXAC.

And for information I am using an iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 26.6 and an Apple Watch 10 running watchOS 26.6.  And I am using MapRun 7.12.4 en patch 1 on the iPhone.

And the track recorded with MapRunA was properly uploaded to the Health app on my iPhone as a workout.

Hi,

In general, MapRun does not publish results to the server for CheckSites events.

Results: https://results.maprun.net/ only shows events published to the server by a MapRun Administrator.

This applies to runs in CheckSites events using your phone, Garmin watch or Apple watch and "GPS Track Upload" only lists published events.

I'm not sure about Get Track from Strava... It may show the result on your phone - but it wouldn't upload to the server.

Could you please clarify what you are seeing. Send details to [e-mail] if you don't want to share your CheckSites event here.

I fixed the problem of no results uploading to my phone by deleting MapRunA from my Apple Watch and re-installing it.  I did run into one problem in so doing:  Each time (multiple times) I entered the Watch ID number from my phone onto the watch MapRunA crashed and quit unexpectedly, and on restart did not have the ID number installed.  I was using the same Watch ID number I had used before.  Only when I changed the watch ID number on my phone and used that number on my watch did MapRunA not crash and worked as it should.
