I'm assuming you have sent an event to the watch from MapRunF and that the Watch is connected to the phone when you check it in Garmin Connect on your phone.
The thing that looks unusual is the minus sign in the Watch ID.
I suggest changing the Watch ID to a new random number (positive number) using the steps described in Section 9.22 of the documentation. (

You'll need to enter this new ID into MapRunF as well and then send the event to the watch.

I think I've set up the sync between my Vivoactive 3 & MapRunF app as all looks OK but when I go to start an activity I don't see the screen shown in the help document or webpage. Any suggestions?
