Problem! Unhandled web issue

Antonsete
Hello!
A new user of MapRun reported me he received this message "Problem - Unhandled web issue" when he was trying to run a new course with MapRunG on his Garmin.

Does anybody find something similar?
Does anybody know the meaning of this or which could be the problem!

Thank you!

More details please.
What is the name of the event?
Was it a published event or a personal one?
At what point does the error occur?
Is it an error on the watch or on the phone?

Thank you, Peter for your quick answer!

The name of the event is "entreno 19 02 21 mesoiro PXAC".
It´s a private "CheckSites" event.
The message appears in his Garmin watch. No problem to "Send the event to his Garmin" and the whatch shows the correct event. Then the message appears when he tries to start the event.
The same event worked fine on the phone.

Thanks again!

The problem is the event does not have a course file in KML file format.

What has been uploaded as a CheckSites Event is an XML file (and a map in KMZ format).

MapRunF or MapRun6 on the phone is ignoring the XML file and just displaying the map (which has a course drawn on it), but you can see MapRun does not find any controls (the number of controls is shown as 0 in the heading on the screen).

So when you try to send this to a watch ... there are no controls - and so the error.

Regards
Peter
