Track Upload failing - unable to load event list

Hi,

I'm seeing the following error when using the GPX Track Upload option today.  Has previously worked fine for me:

Error: Error loading event list - (Exception: Server error; cause: XMLHttpRequest error.)

Results tab has no problems loading events.  Have tried Firefox and Edge.

Any ideas?
