Tracks cannot be displayed as the course map file has been deleted from the server

ABlackett
Hi,

I'm running an event in a couple of weeks and have been running through all the options and settings I will need to use on the day.  I've hit a snag.

I want to be able to edit the results, by adding in controls which people visited but didn't register.  I have done this before and either

1) I have forgotten how to do it
2) Something has gone wrong with the server
3) something has gone wrong with the events which I'm using to test the settings

As an example I am trying to edit the scores for 'Hamsterley Forest Fixed Course ScoreV90' but when I go into the Results - Event/Event Results/ I can find the event, but, there is an error at the top of the page in red "Tracks cannot be displayed as the course map file has been deleted from the server".

Is it something wrong with the server, or something I'm doing wrong?

Many thanks for any advice.

Andy,

I can go into MapRun Console > Results Individual > Select the event > Select a Runner > Select an action on their result file (.csv) > eg Edit > Make changes or use Admin HITMO

All seems fine to me.

If you are still having issues email some screen prints to support@maprun.net

Good to hear … I can’t see any anomalies on the server, but if it happens again, email some screenshot's and we’ll dig into it,
