Sorry, maybe it got tripped up by the Apple (2-3 step process).
I published it to TestFlight for a small group of "internal users" - which Apple allows immediately.
I also submitted it for approval for a larger groups of "external users" ... which Apple needs to approve.
That approval has now come through.
So could you try again please.
